Success came at an early age when he inherited the company at the age of 39. Under his leadership and creativity, Siam Express Group was not only committed to our clients’ requests but also helped introduce new ideas to the market. For instance, Khun Charn helped transform Japanese inbound tourism by introducing the sector to more products and looking beyond Bangkok into various beach, historical and cultural destinations. At the same time, he also assisted multinational companies with pre- and post- packages for their incentive and meeting arrangements in Thailand in the 1980s, which later become known as the MICE market. For his successes, Khun Charn and Siam Express have been honored with numerous tourism and airline awards.

The other half of her time is devoted to overseeing the operation at Siam Express Travel Services where we are among top ten corporate travel management companies in Thailand. Here, she helps build Siam Express’ service level and competitiveness in both domestic & international markets. Under her guidance, Siam Express was recruited to represent FCm Travel Solutions, a Global Corporate Travel Management network, to handle all FCm clients in Thailand.

Fluent in both Thai and English, Khun Tanya graduated with Honors from Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration of Chulalongkorn University where she received a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing.

A fluent speaker of Thai and passionate photographer, Alain has visited all corners of the region extensively and knows the 'ins and outs' that only come with a deep compassion for the country. Alain has also personally escorted a multitude of successful overland tours as well as cultural organizations and has produced 'cutting edge' programs for a vast variety of high profile clienteles.

Alain started his career in Thailand with Diethelm Travel where he worked for 6 years as the Sales Manager for the French and French-speaking markets. In 2003 he was appointed as the Managing Director in Laos by Asian Trails, where for the next two years did build up the office and product set-up, before returning to Thailand to join Siam Express Co., Ltd. With his 10 years 'on the ground' destination management experience in Thailand and Indochina, Alain has become an essential member of Siam Express.
