Siam Express Company Limited celebrates our 50th Anniversary in 2010.  The company was founded in 1960 by the Pirapokin family at about the same time as Tourism Authority of Thailand and Thai Airways International. Starting as an air-ticketing agency, Siam Express has developed into a diversified travel group, providing a wide range of travel-related services to a variety of market-types. The “Siam Express” name is well-respected in the Thai travel industry for excellent service quality to our customers, our reputation among local suppliers as well as our commitment to staff members.  These qualities are not built overnight but have accumulated throughout the years during both good and difficult times.

Our original company – Siam Express Co., Ltd. - acts as the destination management company handling all inbound and incentive and meeting businesses.

Our clientele can be found around the world since we do have multilingual speaking staff in our office as well as qualified foreign-language speaking tour guides who provide a high service quality.  In 2010, we had a total of 240 agents that actively booked with us.

While our predominant markets are European inbound into Thailand, our share of bookings to Indochina and Myanmar has expanded quickly in the past few years. With this in mind, we opened Siam Express Laos in 2010 and plan to expand into other countries in the near future.

LAOS OPERATION AND BEYOND

Inbound Destination Management Services

Upholding Siam Express’ standard, our Laos office was opened in 2010 to cater to our European clients who look for new tours with high quality services.  The office is staffed with a professional team of English, French and Laos staff and is situated in Vientiane, the Capital City. 

In terms of products, Siam Express Laos provide both classic and tailor-made tours – our offers include:

  • Local hotel contracting and hotel selection to suit traveler’s needs.
